Administers and coordinates the DoD Industrial Security program and other related security activities for the company to ensure compliance with the NISPOM and company policies and procedures.

Handle incoming and outgoing classified and unclassified visit requests via JPAS when available.

Participates in the development and implementation of security procedures and briefings in coordination with governmental agencies and company management.

Conduct new hire and annual security briefings for cleared and un-cleared personnel.

Log all foreign travel and provide foreign travel briefings and debriefings.

Investigates security violations and recommends corrective actions.

Conduct semi-annual security self inspections and maintain a working relationship with DSS and conduct all preparations for the DSS investigation and annual visit.

Maintains liaison with outside agencies, such as DSS and FBI.

Assist employees in acquiring personal security clearance, and reinvestigations via the e-QIP systems. Maintain security clearance files.

Support IS classified computer operations, act as the ISSM or ISSO.

Act as the COMSEC Custodian, able to use DIAS software to track inventory of COMSEC.

Update and be responsible for the company Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Proprietary Protection Plans. Conducts annual briefings and training.

Manage the company access system, card readers and badge procedures for employees and visitors.
Job Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a security administrator or FSO.
- Must have completed the DSS FSO certification training program.
- Minimum Secret clearance required; ability to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph.
- Member of NCMS and other security organizations.
- Requires 5 years of experience in Industrial Security, to include: processing/issuing sub DD254’s, maintaining PSMNet in JPAS, clearance verification, initial and PR clearance initiations, submitting/receiving visit requests via JPAS, visitor control, etc.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks.
Physical Demands:
- Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently.
- Employee regularly sits, talks, and listens.
- Employee frequently uses hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- Employee occasionally stands, walks, and/or reaches with hands and arms.
Other Work Conditions and Requirements:
- Employee works in a quiet to moderately noisy environment.
- Travel will be required for several days on short notice via auto/air/rail.

- Directly provides support to all divisions and departments of the company.
- Directly interacts with current and potential customers and suppliers.
